The Jack the Ripper Tour is without doubt the most popular of all the London Walks. Indeed on any one night there can be anything up to thirty or even forty walks following in his footsteps through the Streets of London's East End. Some of them are excellent. But many of them are downright awful, marred by guides who simply recite from a script and have no in depth knowledge of their subject. Or, as Martin Fido, co-author of that bible of Ripper studies The Jack the Ripper A - Z put it "...like many other Ripper historians [ I ] have been deeply shocked by the shoddy and inaccurate information peddled by some walks and coach companies."

Also we are the ONLY one of all the London Walks to provide you with the fact sheet in advance. You can read the Jack the Ripper story before you even come on our walk so that you are familiar with all the facts before joining us. Of course you will then be able to ask any questions and discuss any theories with your guide. In addition this is the only Jack the Ripper Tour website where you get to sample the walk for yourself through our interactive streaming video. This also includes a map of the area pinpointing the Jack the Ripper murder sites and other important places on the Jack the Ripper Walk.
* All of our tours are led by guides who are genuine authorities on the Jack the Ripper Mystery and of the history of the area. We do not employ actors who simply learn a script and then recite from it verbatim. Our guides can answer any of your questions and will be more than happy to discuss any theories with you. * In 1988 Richard Jones became the first to offer the Jack the Ripper Walk seven chilling nights a week. Other London walks did not follow this innovation until late 1990.
* In 1992 his became the first Jack the Ripper Tour to show you original Victorian photographs of the streets through which you walk, of the crime scenes, and of the poor victims themselves. Most other London walks still do not do this.
